This expansive crime museum features exhibits from a variety of historical and modern crimes. There are also a few interactive portions of the museum, which are geared towards older school aged children and adults.
Parking is at The Island.
This facility offers a variety of music, art, drama, and dance classes. Classes are available for preschool through adult. Birthday parties are available.
To keep things fresh, this day camp features a weekly theme. Daily activities include arts and crafts, sports, games, singing, swimming, wall climbing, nature studies, marksmanship, woodworking, and much more! Activities are grouped by age. The camp serves kids ages 3 -13, from from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm on weekdays. Before and after care a available beginning at 7:30 am and ending at 6:00 pm
This farms has an amazing pick-your-own strawberry patch which typically runs from late April through May.
In the fall they also have pick-your-own pumpkins, a large corn maze, a hay maze for the little guys, and the largest pig exhibit in East Tennessee!

Wheeler’s claim to fame is its fresh pressed apple cider and u-pick apple orchard. They also sell a variety of apples, apple products, and gifts in their farm store.

This art studio provides classes specifically for kids. Classes include painting, drawing, sculpting, and more! This studio also holds an annual chalk drawing event at Maryville college, Chalk the Walk. Summer camp programs are also available. This studio is associated with Fine Arts Blount.

This museum is dedicated to preserving the history of the early settlers of Cades Cove.
This botanical garden provides a self-guided tour that identifies 73 species of trees, many of which are flowering in the appropriate season. There are also a variety of seasonal flowers along the paved walking path. This garden is free to the public.

Meeting Frequency: We meet once or twice a week. There is no requirement on how many metups you have to attend. The more you attend, though, the better you will enjoy the group. Meetups include parks, splash pads, zoos, local museums, and more!
