One of my favorite childhood snacks was peanut butter with marshmallow fluff on toast. Yum! The richness of the peanut butter combined with the sweetness of the fluff is definitely a winning combination. This dip brings that snack to life, in party form. Whip up a batch in a snap and set it out with pretzels, apples, toast triangles, or anything else your heart desires for an amazingly awesome appetizer. It’s the perfect starter for any gathering, family movie night or family game night. (Printable version of the recipe at the bottom of the page).
Tools Needed: (affiliate link below)
- 1 bowl
- 1 silicone spatula
- 2 small spoons for scooping
- 1 cup homemade marshmallow fluff (or store bought)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Use the silicone spatula to stir together 1 cup of fluff and 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter.
Transfer to your party bowl and surround with dipping items, like apples, strawberries, pretzels, biscotti or mini toast triangles. Happy cooking!
